Thanks to the high draining power of our TERRE DAVIS it is possible to maximize the hours of play following rainy events of any intensity.
The TERRE DAVIS have a low-dust particle size that allows the water to filter quickly downwards instead of being trapped on the surface.
That’s why our courts dry out earlier than the others.
TERRE DAVIS are the only ones produced with a special raw material. Unlike other producers, we produce our special clay from the grinding of bricks produced between 1700 and 1900. Bricks in naturally red clay – because they are rich in iron – and cooked at low temperatures. Only ancient bricks produce a product with larger grains that maintains a high draining power throughout the season.
A TERRE DAVIS court costs 40% less than any synthetic court and will allow you to limit water consumption thanks to the hygroscopic properties of our products.

Thanks to the natural hygroscopic capacity of clay, TERRE Davis courts need to be irrigated less than other clay courts with considerable savings.
Unlike synthetic ones, our courts never need to be redone completely. Today we play on courts that we built over 30 years ago.
The most important maintenance action for a clay court is irrigation, water alone performs 80% of the task.
Just install an automatic irrigation system and your court will remain elastic even during the hottest periods.
Moreover, thanks to the little presence of dust in TERRE DAVIS, our courts do not need heavy and invasive maintenance. In fact, even in the hottest places we never need to redo the underlayer.
Thanks to the absorbing properties of clay, tennis is defined as an ageless sport.

The cushioning due to the elasticity of the earth and the slippage that our flooring allows, are essential to protect the ligaments and allow the supporting foot to escape the violent block.
The game played on concrete floors, on the other hand, is a frequent cause of serious injuries – such as sprain or rupture of ligaments and tendons – or recurrent microtraumas that favor tendonitis and in the long run can cause the onset of arthrosis.
